Mexican Military watches partially concealed behind the trees, while drug runners unload the marijuana that is loaded into the vehicle. The vehicle got stuck, so they decided not to leave behind their 'product' or leave any evidence. Off the camera, there's a Humvee that got stuck, also packed with drugs and since they couldn't get that one out either they torched it.
